- "The staff treated us with kindness and were extremely helpful. Our room was exceptional - it was so clean and equipped with excellent features (ie. energy saving light system, room set up, bathroom design). We loved it and we will definitely return the next time we are in Vienna. The value was excellent. We are from Toronto, Canada and would be hard pressed to find accomodations like these for that price here.

- "Location of the hotel is great, rooms are well equiped and everything is as new. Tram and train stops are near the hotel,so it is easy to go to the city or elsewhere. Grocery shop is close too."

- "Wifi is so flaky,that it is almost imposible to use it in the rooms. It can be used only in the hotel lobby."

- "We like everything about Adagio Wien:-
1) The Front Office staff (Mr Insan and Ms Pauline) were genuinely helpful and friendly, courteous and dependable. Mr Insan went out of his way to gather information about a tour when we were desperately looking for help.
2) The apartment was spacious and exactly what was described and promised in Booking.com. The facilities in the apartment were top-notch from cooking facilities to comfort of bedroom, space utilisation etc
3) The apartment is conveniently located within 2 minutes walking distance to tram lines and 5 minutes walking distance to Tube lines." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Perhaps Adagio Wien could look into the following:- 1) To have a Wi-Fi facility in the apartments - most of us travel light with Ipads now and it is inconvenient to come downstairs to the Lobby each time we need internet / Wi-fi access 2) To consider daily of alternate day cleaning for guests staying 4-7 nights (regretfully only guests staying 1-3 nights receive daily cleaning)"

- "Very convenient. This hotel is an apartment hotel. The room was large. The kitchen is well equipped. Laundry facilities at the basement. Location is very good (easy reach to any part of vienna). And the maintenance is excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful."
