- TV and airconditionning" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "- Management has no ethics at all and reception clerks tend to lie a lot: I booked a deluxe room, was given a dark hole called "standard room" (see photos) without any explanation: room just a bit bigger than the bed, almost no space between the bed and the wall, window facing into inner shaft, opposite wall only 2m away, lots of noise from airconditioning machines). After complaint the morning after, they said they would move me to the desired room in the evening, when it still didn't happen they said all rooms were booked, manager was "on a day off" when we were supposed to meet the next day. After insisting, another manager showed up, a suite was suddenly available. - Old furniture, would need updating, broken curtain-rods. - The juices at breakfast seemed to have gone sour."
