- "The facility was very nice and clean."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "We were in playa for a wedding and there was no dry cleaning services. We order some food from the receptionist from a restaurant around the corner and they said they were not allowed to pick it up for us. Staff needs to be trained to a higher level of costumer service and maybe the hotel should start some type of a relationship with the businesses near by as far as food and things like that. Specially because they don't have a full kitchen."

- "These are simply the fact as experienced. Very poor facilities. No food or beverage available to purchase on site. You have to send out for everything. The swimming pool is really no more than a splash pool. Hotel does not know what it is - a hotel or aparthotel. There are no telephone facilities at all - not even internal. Air conditioning - a must - not working properly in 3 rooms I tried over a 36 hour period. Shame, because it looked promising."

more pleasant. The condos are large and well-appointed. I would
recommend this hotel to others and would stay again. The only drawback
is that they do not provide the bottled water, however, it is easily
obtained at nearby stores. They will also shop for you if you want
cooking items, etc. for a small fee. A great location, close to all of
