- "The staff were friendly- the view of Chartre Cathedral was refreshing and beautiful-"

- "The bathroom had a bad odor. The shower curtain had mold growing on it for sometime- Just outside bathroom door looked like the toilet had overflowed and permanent damage to carpet. Smelled like mold growing in the discolorization on the carpet right outside bathroom- kind of gross looking rom 311- A light bulb went out next to bed and we asked for it to be replaced and they tried courtesly to help, but didnt have the right light bulb to fix- Ran out of toilet paper, and had to call downstairs to have more brought up to the room-house keeping should have caught this as they entered the room daily even when asked not to- the price quoted on BOOKING .COM was different than the price they gave on computer at reservations. also the breakfast they told us was 10 euros and checking out was 13 euros on our bill. the man did ajust this to 10-"
