It is located at Becquer street and houses virgin of Esperanza, called the Macarena as this is the locality where its basilica is raised. The church consists of a single nave with four lateral chapels. It is of a floor which contains tribunes with arcades with base of red marble. The virgin is of neobarroque style and the procession takes place at dawn on good Friday, escorted by the Christ passage by a century of roman soldiers with a dress of red velvet, carcass and helm popularly known as the"armaos". It is recommended to visit the museum of brotherhood in which the custody is given for the virgin's treasury.
