Blanes has a wonderful coast made by 5 beaches. S'Abanell, Blanes, Santa Anna, Sant Francesç and Treumal. The beaches of Blanes and S'Abanell are divided by a rock line called Sa Palomera. In this coast town, the most famous beach is the beach of Treumal. the smallest of them all, just 100 meters long. This beach is made of smooth sand and crowded every weekend from July to August.
On the other hand, the beach of Sant Francesç is perfect to spend a family day, for it's easy to reach and it has facilities and services such as showers, ice-cream shops... It's made of golden sand and it's 220 meters long plus 35 meters of width. If you want to spend some days in this town, here you'll find a vast variety of hotels and guesthouses with the cheaper prices.
