Is there anything you didn't like?: "Staff was not nice. I was a participant on SAP conference but I did not get discount(SAP10 code)."

Is there anything you didn't like?: "same breakfast every day. Last night I stayed they make not so pleasant mistake and send to my room another guest who opened the door to my room with his key and entered the room. Time was 1 a.m. and of course I was sleeping"

What did you like the most?: "Great breakfast and nice relatively inexpensive dinner. Good location for Milan and not far from train station. Milan market right outside on saturday. Nice room, friendly staff who spoke english. Nice toilettries in bedroom, comfy bed, sky sports news and lots of football on tv. Short walk to San Siro. Small but functional gym and sauna."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room was a little too warm for our preference, but it was 15 degrees outside - a really minor point as the rest of the hotel was quite cool."
