Las habitaciones ofrecen confort y muchas de las instalaciones de la lista. En el Restaurante Señorío de Baeza se sirve cocina tradicional de la localidad. Este hotel se encuentra ubicado en un antiguo convento de monjas de las Carmelitas, perteneciente al siglo XVI, en el casco antiguo de Baeza. Un lugar de ensueño donde el tiempo parece no transcurrir.
Declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, la localidad de Baeza ha conservado su arquitectura de estilo renacentista, que prosperó durante la época de esplendor, en el siglo XVI. El Palacio de Jabalquinto fue construido durante este periodo. La fachada ornamentada del edifico oculta el patio interior de estilo barroco, con columnas de mármol y escaleras de elaborada decoración.
Las habitaciones del TRH Baeza están colocadas alrededor del antiguo claustro del convento, de forma que son tranquilas. Asimismo, gozan de una decoración elegante y disponen de instalaciones modernas. Por otra parte, en el restaurante Señorío de Baeza podrá disfrutar de platos internacionales de inspiración tradicionalmente jienense. El hotel también dispone de cafetería y salas de reuniones.

- "The hotel was in a perfect location, the staff was friendly, the decor very tasteful, the bar was very nice and the breakfast was fabulous. Much better to stay there than in Ubeda."

- "They had a scary parking garage that was not easy to access . Recommend night parking in the underground parking near the Plaza de la Constitution, even one euro cheaper and close to the hotel."
