- "Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing too much bother, always genuinely happy to help. Hot showers. Very good breakfast. Excellent service for reasonable price. Hot drinks a ail able free of charge. Quiet, heaters and blankets in the rooms."

- "What's not to like! This place is a gem!"

- "The staff was awesome! They helped us book our stays and transportation, I can not thank them enough. They helped us every time with everything, one lady in particular whom I unfortunately don't remember the name. The breakfast was pretty complete too. The hotel was pretty close to everything we wanted, walking distance. The price was pretty cheap."

- "The first room we had was "streetview". Since it was winter in Puno it was a bit cold (even with the heater) because the window is not very well insulated."
