- "booked the hotel as travelling with a dog, on the website it states "dogs are allowed in the hotel, but not in the restaurant or in the swimming pool". this was perfect as traveling with a large group thought my dog can sit on the terrace and enjoy the afternoons etc with us. on arrival to the hotel it turns out dogs arnt allowed any where in the hotel other than the room or outside in the street. i was very annoyed about this as i couldnt make use of the all inclusive i had paid for as my dog couldnt enter the bar area or even outside on the terrace area. this made me very angry as obviously i didnt want to leave my dog on his own in a strange room. it should state these areas online rather than lieing and saying yes everywhere but restaurant and swimming pool"
