Residencial Novogolf is 300 metres from Villamartín Golf Course, 10 km outside Torrevieja. It has an outdoor pool and offers modern, Mediterranean-style apartments with private sun terrace and sea views.
All Novogolf apartments face south and east and are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher in each apartment.
The complex contains eight different shops and offers free private parking. There is also free on-site parking.
The Novogolf complex is 5 km away from the Costa Blanca beaches, where there are numerous watersports facilities. Alicante is a 45-minute drive away. All check-in takes place at 10 Calle Paquito el Chocolatero, Alicante. Check-in and check-out are not available on Sundays or public holidays.

- "We were on a business trip so location and price was most important factor for us. Excellent location for food and entertainment, right on doorstep."

- "I enjoyed the walks around the area, that's it."

- "We had trouble finding the apartments. When we eventually found the reception, which is not marked in any way at all, the man who met us was downright rude. I did not realise prior to arrival that there is also a fee of 45 euros for cleaning on top of the cost of the room, even though we had a list of everything that we must do ourselves. The apartment was dirty, the toilet was disgusting. On top of that we were held to ransom by a 200 euro deposit, should we not do their jobs for them when we left. We had to take all rubbish out, there's only one bin for the whole complex. Had to strip the bed and put the laundry in the washer, put the bath towels over the bath and make sure washing up was finished and put away. Why 45 euros?"
