    For Sanfermines bookings, the accommodation will charge 35% of the total booking until June 10,. From these date cancellation fees are 100% of stay. From June 10 the accommodation will charge the remaining amount of the booking.

  • Cancellation policy

    Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

"We stayed at Acella for 3 nights during the San Fermin Festival. We were
plesently surprised at the hotel, and the room we got. The location is
really handy for Running of the Bulls, we usually walked the 15-20mins
in to town (past a wealth of convenience and food stalls). Also, there
is a bus stop about 80m that gets you both into and from the old town at
frequent intervals. The room was awesomely dark during the day while we
slept, and never got hot or cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to
anyone and happily stay there again."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"No 24 hour check-in., Especially during this Fiesta. A bit of noise travelled through the walls, but never enough to bother us."
