- "The hotel, especially the entrance was beautiful. The pools were fantastic. The beach was small, but quite nice. The snorkeling was good at the beach. The room was spacious and well appointed."

- "The beds were not very comfortable. They charge extra for wireless internet and for fitness centre access. You need water shoes to go into the ocean because it is very rocky under the water at the beach area."

- "i liked the menu and the staff were friendly. Weather was hit and miss but cant be helped. Private beach was nice, although could be seen from road bridge overhead."

- "The bedroom is big and comfortable. The staff is gentle."

- "One day, hotel bathrooms had problems and there wasn't hot water to take shower. To have dinner in two of the restaurants there's a dress code and you can't enter in the other one with wet clothes. Come on! We are in a hotel at the beach... It's not necessary for men to use paints and women long dresses... Another thing I didn't like is that they offered several 'gifts' and tour discounts, but you have to see a 'presentation about the hotel and the group'. Just during this presentation you realize that they are trying to sell you an association to the group vacation club."
