- "How staff resolved our issue. Was really helpful, did all what it could."

- "Hotel is not suitable for families with small children, this should have been indicated in the description."

- "At the time we went it catered mainly for elderly visitors. Rooms are in need of an update, but were clean and functional."

- "The view from balcony towards the sea wasn't bad. Generally, it is a
good motel (sorry, it cannot be a 3-star hotel), where you can spend the
night for a fair price. Feels like it is implemented in quite old
building, so probably the fans of the life in style of 1950s will be
happy to stay there. Breakfast is reach and good." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Furniture is too old even for motel. Had a bad experience asking for internet password from administartor, she almost didn't speak English. However he called on the phone another person, who told be very quickly the password and immediatly finished the talk. Password was wrong of course, but I managed to find another open wifi network."

- "Friendly and helpfull reception staff. Fair price. Free buses to cc
Martinez, Puerto de la Cruz. One side has sunny balcony with
mountainview (Teide), the other side seaview, but no sun. Quiet
location, and adjacent village on walking distance has all
facilities you need (E.G. 5 hairdressers (!), a shop with delicious
handmade icecream, a supermarket, bakery shop, restaurants and
tearooms, car rental)."
