- What did you like the most?
- "A lot of facilities that were available for use. Gym and pool were great. Staff are very friendly and there is always a lot of staff around reception that are able to help. Free shuttle in to the city centre runs every hour."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "When we arrived, we were told that there was no room available for our first night (of three) so we were transferred to a nicer hotel in the city. We were told to take the free Novotel shuttle back in the morning and our room would be ready. Room was not ready so we had brekafast and wanted approx 45 minutes until it was. Was a bit of an inconvenience."

- "It was very central for shopping and site seeing. Clean and close to the
beach. The people working there were very helpful and friendly." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There was just the one elevator working."

- "In-room breakfast expensive but basic, room ac quite loud, not well-behaved cleaning ladies (one stepped into the room without knocking and another kept knocking on the door from 10am on the departure day to know at what time we would leave the room)"
