- "nice location with lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Easy connection with public transport to the center."

- "For a 4 stars hotel Nordic Hotel Domicil is very shabby and old. Its more like a 3 stars budget hotel. We reserved a 3 person bedroom so that our 4 year old dauther would have her own bed, we got a room with 2 separate beds and one camping bed in the middle. The camping bed was so old that the springs was jumping out. For our 4 months old baby we got a baby bed that she could not sleep in since the middle leg at the bottom was sticking up. So we ended up sleeping all 4 in the two separate beds we pushed together since the manager was not available until the next morning."

- "The bed was not so comfortable, size ok, but hard sleeping."

- What did you like the most?
- "The room was very spacious and comfortable. The rate was very reasonable for the facilities provided. I was able to have breakfast on an outside terrace on the fifth floor with a fantastic view of the city and harbour. Whilst a little way out of the centre public transport is excellent in Hamburg and a bus for either the U-Bahn or the city centre stopped every few minutes directly outside the hotel. The hotel is only 5 minutes from the Schanzenviertel which has a great selection of whacky bars and restaurants."

- "The room was not air-conditioned and temperatures rose to 33 degrees while I was there."
