- "Two brothers who run Mavi & Avi were incredibly helpful, even went
out to the bakery to acquire a delectable sesame 'simit' we were
craving for breakfast! They also personally went with us to help us find
our way thru the labyrinthian streets to retrieve our car lost in the
beautiful old town where Mavi & Ani is located. The pension is
located in the center of the charming old town, and breakfast is served
in the peaceful and sunny courtyard garden."

- What did you like the most?
- "The owners are friendly, responsive and helpful. The rooms, while
simple, are very clean and the beds, extremely comfortable. The room had
just been painted and remodeled. Breakfast is one of the best we have
had while staying in Turkish hotels: nicely presented, high quality
food. It filled us up so we could wait till supper." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The only drawback is that hot water is only availble at certain times but if you know that ahead of time, you can ask when it will be turned on (it takes about 1.5 hrs to warm up)."

- "Everything. Such a lovely pension. I really hated leaving... Perfect
location (3 min walk to akdeniz/mediterranean sea, 5 min walk to
hadrianus gate and city centre. Owner and staff were so kind and
impressed me. They kept my luggage for almost 8 hours after check-out.
Rooms were clean and nice, spacious enough for ordinary people(I think),
breakfast was good as well. I will definitely stay in Mavi & Ani
pension again."
