- "price is high and $11 for parking is additionally annoying, no gym is a major negative even though your prior gym was bare bones, your modest breakfast offering is a plus but it has not changed in 10 years.Let me know when you have made meaningful improvements. Why the front desk apple/cookie boycot?"

blocks from the beach--close, but not too close, so pretty quiet. Onsite
