- "The staff is the hotel's absolute asset. Cheerful, genuinely ready to help, guide and tell you everything you need about Nice. All polyglots. Special thanks to Frida, tack! The central location is perfect if you choose Nice as the base for your travels around the Riviera (the railroad station is in 15 minutes walk away as well as the Airport bus shuttle terminus). There are several really good North African and Vietnamese cuisine restaurants in the hotel's immediate vicinity that are really worth a visit. One of the Nice's main avenues (Avenue Jean Médecin) with the shopping center NiceEtoile is 5 minutes away (as well as 2 supermarkets)."

- "Can get noisy as many rooms look out on the street but ok if you shut the windows. It's a budget hotel after all, so no special comfort should be expected."

- "The front-desk staff was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. In one instance the person at the desk helped me print my boarding passes when I was having difficulty. I had the impression throughout the stay that staff were eager to assist guests and I was impressed by the first class professionalism of the group-- especially considering the price."
