- "We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lo Monte. We couldn't have been made more welcome, the staff were helpful and extremely friendly, something you don`t get in larger hotels. We will definitely use them again. The room was clean and provided everything that was necessary. We chose at the cheaper end of the budget because we knew we had a whistle stop two days planned and we only needed somewhere to sleep. There would have been no time to use any extra facilities even had they been available. We were, therefore, very surprised, on arrival, at the standard of the hotel -considering that we had chosen a budget hotel."

- "If I had to dig deep to look for something I disliked, I would probably say that it would have been nice to have a bit more choice of food for breakfast. But what they served was good."

- "Although the location is a bit noisy it is convenient and easy to get too. Staff were friendly. Rooms are basic but comfortable and good value."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Traffic noise is a bit of a problem but I've been before so know to take ear-plugs. Breakfast was a bit limited, but there's plenty of opportunity to find a 'Full-English' not too far away."

- "Smoking is allowed in the room (but not in bed) and when in bed you could smell a smoking smell although it was not the bedding itself - that was clean"
