- "I like the hotel and restuarant staff. They were especially helpful to me."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The rooms have noventitlation and are uncomfortable until late in the evening. The beds are very firm to say the least. The toilets need some repair."

- "Thanks to the reviews on booking.com, we knew what to expect from this hotel before making our reservation. It is an old hotel, but if you are looking to travel on a budget, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and we loved the location. The parking was on-site, secure, and free (we could see our car from our hotel room), and they allowed our dog free of charge as well. We were happy with our choice."

- "It is an old hotel and has not been updated, but we were expecting this."

- "The setting within extensive gardens was most attractive, with the comfort of being able to relax in the shade and enjoy a quiet read or drink at the end of a sightseeing day amongst the crowdsin the narrow streets of the centro historico. The location was quiet and the green surrounds attracted considerable birdlife."

- "The facilities in the room were poor. Many globes needed replacing; the television aerial cable was broken so reception was impossible; the shower rose was ineffective; the beds were rock hard and reception couldn't provide any basic map for directions to the centre (given that the location was just outside most guidebook maps)"
