- "It´s close to the beach and many restaurants, coffe shops and bars. It
offers free WiFi and also a computer is available at the lobby. Staff is

- "It could be noisy if you don´t close your window (sound proof), because there are some bars in the neighborhood. But it´s just close the window and it disappears. Breakfast was a little poor for this value."

- What did you like the most?
- "The location was great but it was next door to an open air Karoke Bar
that went until 4 A.M. Then the attendees spilled into the street until
5:30 in the morning singing. The noise was unbearable. I could not open
the window because of the noise. There was no air conditioning so I
sweltered and got no sleep. This was supposed to be a rest and
relaxation trip which I got none." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Everything! Filthy....mold so heavy in bathtub it couldn't be scraped off, carpet in hall filthy. Noisy...next to a Karoke bar. No safety box first day. No second key to door because previous people lost it. Why wasn't this rectified. No English speaking staff. Breakfast.. Instant coffee!! White bread and sugary juice concentrate. Walls were colorful with great murals but filthy. This could be a cute place to stay if the owner completely renovated and cleaned up this place. Also, who serves instant coffee when they have a small kitchen from which they are serving. Please some whole wheat bread or nice rolls. Maybe even a small buffet with quality food. I would give this place zero stars. The owner did adjust the price of the room and let me leave a day early without charge. I had to leave a day early because it was so awful and I was unable to find a room anywhere in Vina del Mar due to the holiday."

- "- wi-di doesn't work at the rooms - breakfast is the poorest I ever seem in my life (and I travel a lot) - the entrance to the shower is extremely DANGEROUS, specially for people a little bit older... - cleaning is bad"

- "Wifi wasn't accessible. Owner wasn't sure of password. Wifi doesn't work on certain floor levels. Breakfast wasn't much to speak of..."
