"The price was reasonable for 7 days. The room was a decent size and the
window opened for fresh air. The beds were very comfortable. The close
proximity to the "F" metro line."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"The noise from the trains right outside the window. The disinterested, rude staff. The tiny lift which took forever. The dirty guest laundry. The poor lighting in our room. The haphazard housekeeping department- when things ran out (tissues, plastic cups etc) they were not replaced."

What did you like the most?
"Staff was very good and friendly. Helped with metro and helped with
anything we needed help with. Rooms were clean everytime. Comfortable
beds also. Location was good and metro station was only 2 blocks away.
Hotel also had refreshments available. If I go New York again,
definately going to take this hotel again! Free tea and coffee was
available also."
