Las habitaciones del Amistad Hotel tienen suelos de madera y ventanales. Todas dan a una calle tranquila y cuentan con exclusivos artículos de tocador Agua de la Tierra. Hasta 2 niños menores de 12 años se pueden alojar gratis si utilizan las camas existentes.
El Amistad puede ofrece servicio de alquiler de coches, mientras que en el vestíbulo de entrada hay prensa gratuita. También hay un gran restaurante que ofrece desayuno bufé.
El NH Amistad de Murcia se encuentra a sólo 200 metros del Palacio de San Esteban, actualmente sede de la Presidencia murciana. También está a 5 minutos a pie del centro histórico y a 500 metros de la estación de autobuses. Hay unos grandes almacenes al lado del hotel.

- "I really enjoyed the fact that there were two friendly people at the Front Desk upon my arrival and who welcomed me HOME and upon my Check-out to say THANK YOU and we hope to see you soon. WOW! They were quick to take care of me and offer places to visit and dine in Murcia. The guest room was very clean and spacious with an excellent air conditioning unit. Their Wi-Fi internet service was a big PLUS; although the signal was just a tad bit slower than I would have liked. The quality of the bed was very comfortable. The bath towels were nice and thick. The Breakfast Buffet offered a big variety of items. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I was able to help my self to two cups of coffee over breakfast."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "There really wasn't anything about the hotel nor the staff that I did not like. If I could make a suggestion, I would recommend one thing for the Breakfast Buffet - to place the butter and jam/marmalade next to the bread and toaster. Other guests and I had to walk around the entire breakfast bar on what seemed to be a scavenger hunt for butter and jam."
