- "I like big bathroom and that metro station and supermarket are very close"

- "I did not like old and dirty carpet in our room. This is not about cleaning-staff cleaning is very good, this is about years during which is this carpet using. I would prefer wood or keramic floor, it is more hygienic."

- "small room, poor light, staff overwhelmed and not willing to help (a friend of mine called the hotel to talk to me without knowing my room number, he was asked to call back later, because the man at the reception had too much work to do!), definitely a bad value for a 4 stars hotel!"
