- "Because of my late check-in, I didn't have enough to re-book another hotel or hostel that same night. There was not a single thing clean about this place, and don't even know how I stay their for 24 hours. This place was practically ran by teenagers. My list of dislike is so extremely there is no possible way to list them but I'll with the most important one. The shower weren't clean. The linens on the bed weren't clean in fact my bed linens had a large stain on it. The toilets did not flush, the floor was always dirty. The air conditioning did not work if they had one. The chairs were broken, the staff didn't care. The were dead bugs in my room and two fell from the ceiling onto my bed while I was sleeping. The other guest and staff were completely disrespectful towards on another. I was in utter shock in the living conditions and surprised the business were willing to let a person sleep in these hazardous condition. When I saw another guest refuse to stay here I should have follow my instinct and done the same."

- "The staff were very arrogant and being in London they behaved as if they could not speak English. The service was the worst ever I could experience."

- "Everything. The hostel is super noisy..the room was plenty of dust. The staff is very unfriendly and the kind of people that used to stay is just weird."
