- "Housekeeping once in three days, wi-fi isn't complimentary, heating switches itself off in the night, leaving everybody freezing, very small and old bathroom, really inconvenient."

- "Room was very small Shower was quite unpleasant - very hard to get the temperature right, and it fluctuated without touching the taps from freezing cold to too hot to stand under; also very small Bed was so hard I woke up sore in the morning"
