- "When I arrived, the room I had booked was not available as it was being decorated. The gentleman on duty quickly got me into another room (I had booked a single, was then given a double room) without any trouble. Unfortunately I had to leave prior to breakfast at 7.30, so I can't comment on that, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was simple but comfortable, and my stay, albeit only a night was just what I needed. Very happy and I would definitely stay there again.."

- "wi-fi was for free in the entire hotel and the line was working very well"

- "the room was not clean, there was somebody else's hair in the bathroom walls and somebody else's hair on the bed sheet! when breakfast was being prepared, the smell was going through the main door and I had to open the room window for fresh air.. hence getting cold from outside. You could hear all noises from the neighbours, right and left, the breakfast was very poor. The first night they gave a room on the basement because my room was not ready and I arrived in the afternoon..."

- "on arrival at the hotel, I was led to another building in the same street, which turned out be an old, smelly and dirty hotel.The floor was dirty, the cieling full of water stains, and the furniture old. Instead of the promised flatscreen tv, it was an old one. The promised wifi could not be used (you had to sit outside the building for a good wifi reception). When I went to the hotel for the included breakfast the next day, the door was closed and no one answered the door bell."

- "I like the helpful friendly staff their quick response to serve your need. Nice Quit, and clean place.Good breakfast toast, eggs, yogurt, cereals, butter, jam and beverage juice milk tea and coffee Good location minutes walk near the Hammersmith tube station on the Piccadilly line direct from Heathrow airport only many stops.You can go to any direction in London Central line tube station also 15 minutes walk 4 to 5 stops to Oxford."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "the only things is the stairs no lift, although the staff help us with the luggage. Also i advise you to have your soap or buy one, a very small one provided by the hotel!!."
