- "Fabulous staff; very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast both very good, and the atmosphere of the bar/restaurant reflected the welcoming attitude of the staff. The room itself was very comfortable, with no noticeable street noise. Location right in the heart of Schwerin, only a few minutes walk from the Schloss, makes looking around on foot very easy. I'm sure the outdoor area, on a pedestrianised alley rather than a street, must be very nice when the sun is high enough."

- "Parking is on fairly congested public streets, and although the hotel provides a 'parking permit', it may be difficult to find a carpark in close proximity to the hotel. A number of reviewers have mentioned difficulty finding the hotel; if you approach the area of the Dom from the north-west side, it is well sign-posted."
