In the hotel's Belvís Restaurant you can try local cuisine with a modern twist. Toledo Cathedral is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The Plaza de Zocodover and Toledo's main shopping area are just a few steps. Please note that the spa is closed on Monday and Tuesday morning.

- "The spa was wonderful but expensive - you have to pay for the entry what was not clear to me"

- "We liked the location: very close to Toledo's sights. The room we were initially given was vert small, narrow and looking onto not very much. The room we were moved to, after we asked, was much better.
Staff at reception were friendly and smiling and willing to help." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Breakfast is below standard: it is unacceptable for coffee to be dispensed from big thermos flasks, for orange juice not to be freshly squeezed ( in Spain!), for the waitress to be interested only in your room number, for not offering choice as to how one likes one's eggs (e.g. poached), for eggs to be cooked and offered cold from the fridge. The Bar area is totally un-utilized and rather unfriendly with a poor selection of possible drinks (a simple cocktail might be desirable)."

- "The rooms and property were gorgeous, comfortable, great location."

- "The minute we walked in at 5 pm, after a 6 hour travel day- the front desk staff said the water in the hotel was not working - all we could use was the toilet- couldn't even wash our hands. Not okay for a 5 star hotel. And hotel didn't offer any sort of compensation. I reserved a suite, and had just proposed to my girlfriend / now fiancé months and months ago, but the hotel chose to put us in a room directy in front of the elevator, next to the office, and literally right above the water element in the lobby , so our room sounds like a waterfall the entire time. Nice sounding in theory...we won't be back."
