- "Well located to sight see and cable cars etc."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Had no trace of our booing when we checked in. Luckily we had our credit card recipt with us to prove that we had paid. We were charged an extra $4.14 when we checked out. We were told the charges had not been correctly calculated. As it was a small amount we paid but reluctently."

- "# They have a service of storing your luggage for free, even after
# checking out; which means essentially having another day for free to
# explore the city. That's what I did and really enjoyed." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "# The room was awfully small. The breakfast was not vegetarian-friendly. # I ended up eating some fruits! The place is extremely old. I # didn't sleep for both nights because the old heater kept cranking # all the time. The lift is extremely old and confined, and just # 'crashes' whenever you leave the internal or external door. # It's somewhat dangerous to use alone when carrying something as it # can easily hurt your fingers."

- "About the only good thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Union Square."

- "Small room. postage size bathroom and microscopic closet. No luggage rack. TV didn't work properly. the telephone had a flashing message light that they couldn't turn off. the room was facing a back alley and very noisy late at night. I don't recommend this hotel if you want to get a decent night sleep."
