- "Comfortable, great location, party atmosphere."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Incompetent front desk, lack of flexibility. E.G.: Staff was unable to operate their payment terminal. They charged me in my credit card currency with an excessive fx rate (6% higher than my card's rate for that day with all the fees), in spite of me explicitly saying that I want to be billed in eur several times, when I saw the amount in my currency before the ok button. They just did not find a way to charge me "the normal way". Very disappointing for such an establishment!"

- "The mini bar was good, the pineapple tree opposite our room, the sun
loungers and the beach waiter." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Rude security staff, money going missing from our room, early morning noise from binman, and that fact that I forgot my red tag and they made me walk barefoot around the perimeter of the hotel to reception because the security thought that escorting me to reception 50mts was to far for him!!!"

- "No access to VIP for the hotel guests . Our offer to make separate area with a bar for the hotel guests ( as for VIP)"

- "Lovely room, great furnishings, great view, free sun loungers on
the beach and they were very comfortable. Great music in hotel.
Great location" - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The reception staff were clueless on most things, from where the hotel spa was to which bus to Ibiza town. Their English was generally not great. The prices of drinks were extortionate - 33 Euros for 2 mixers. Coffee machine in room used pods which were 4 euros a go!"
