What did you like the most?: "It is located 5 minutes from the San Antonio Airport, And gives
residents a free shuttle to the airport. A very important advantage
especially for those of lus who have very little time in The San Antonio
area and do not know our way around the area easily. Secondly, the staff
was very friendly and easy to get along with and did everything in their
power to keep us comfortable and rested."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "It is obviously a very hard used facility and needs some cosmetic and general maintenance work of somewhat extensive needs. The towel rack in room 118 was broken and not fixed. A lamp light was broken and not fixed till asked. There is tattering on the window coverings etc. but It is a GReat location and needs some good attention to remain the very good facility it can be."
