- "Location on larger street, so some may be bothered by noice on the front room, they also have rooms towards the back. Walking distance to the central parts of Puno. Many travel agents that offer trips along the area. Good breakfast. Fixed breakfast at 0600 when I had an early departure next day. Very good room and bathroom, Friendly personell."

- "Payment terminal did not work on departure, but price for two nights were easily paid in local money."

- What did you like the most?
- "The hotel is owned and operated by a family. Both the couple and their
son are extremely friendly and helpful, though they speak only limited
English. They offered a free pick-up at the bus station, which was
really nice since we didn?t speak Spanish and were not sure if the taxis
were credible(which is quite common in many South American cities.). I
later knew that the mother actually went to the bus station twice to
wait for us, because she wasn?t sure which bus we took! They were also
very helpful to show us around, book island tour, ordered pizza etc. The
hotel is located in a quiet street, about 15-20 minutes walk from the
main square (plaza de arms). Our room was spacious, comfortable and
clean. Good wi-fi connection." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "I really appreciated all the help and hospitality from the family owner, but unfortunately there is one thing I have to point out as a faire review. We barely had hot water for shower in our room. Not sure if it was because of the high altitude (3800m for Puno). We stayed for two nights there. When I took shower the first night, the hot water was just about body temperature and small volume. I almost caught a cold! That was quite dangerous at such a high altitude. So I was too afraid to take a shower the next night."
