- "Only one set of keys to an apartment for six people?! This you'll have to do something about! When I went to the office to settle the turistic tax and the charge for linen I asked for the code for the safe box in the apartment, which was not given to us before. The woman at the office gave me a code that looked like "03USA", so I wanted to make sure (Idid not remember if there were letters on the safebox or not), and asked her if it was 03USA and she said yes. Whe I tried to open the safebox back at the apartment, I discovered that in addition to A and B on the safe box, there were only numbers. So I tried the closest match, 0345A, which looked like something she had scribbled on the paper, but it did not work either. So we could not use the safe box, because I did not want to bother to go back to the office for this during our short visit. There were two digiboxes in the apartment for the TV and it was hard to figure which one was functioning. It would be a good idea to collect the information about using the different devices in the apartment in one binder for the visitors. Now the different manuals were scattered around the apartment and not very useful. I suppose some earlier visitor had thrown away the inner part of the coffee machine's filter holder. It can be used as such, but I recommend you replace it."

- "WiFi network was not working. The staff promised to repair it, but didn't happen during 3 days we stayd there."

- "The location, because it is a real part of Barca and because our daughter lives very nearby. We loved the small shops and restaurants. It is kind of quiet, but you can reach other parts just by walking. Friendly people. We liked the bed and the whole appartment was nicely and homely furnished."

- "On some places in the appartment the plaster comes of, I found a piece in my bed one morning from the ceiling. Also in the livingroom, water from the shower is crawling through the wall. The only thing I missed is a toaster!"
