- "Being told to leave after 3 days because we asked how often the towels were changed. We have never in our holiday experiences been treated in this manner. On arrival we were shown apartment 1a which is large and private but gets no sun on the terrace until 1pm and has a restricted view because of the apartment next door. We asked if it was possible to have a different apartment and was told by the receptionist there might be a possibility to change the apartment and shown one that had full sun and a unrestricted view. We were then asked to pay in full for the apartment which we did and duly settled in. After unpacking we found a infestation of ants and asked if these could be dealt with. The receptionist couldn't find any more ant traps and said she would buy some from the supermarket. After much prompting the receptionist finally decided to get some treatment and dealt with the problem. We decided after a long journey that we would relax next to the swimming pool and asked if there were any pool towels available. The receptionist began to get very agitated and aggressive at our request and said that we should have brought our own towels and it was not customary to supply pool towels in apartments, she then suggested we went to the supermarket to buy some !! I asked if other guests had not left their pool towels for other guests to use and she scurried off and came back within two minutes with two pool towels for our use why all the fuss I'll never know. The final straw after being in the apartment for three days we noticed that the towels had not been changed so my partner asked when the towels would be replaced with clean ones and was told in a very confrontational and aggressive manner that the towels were exchanged every day and after phoning her cleaner accused us of lying and would not inspect the towels and told us to leave !! We were told we would get a refund for the days we did not stay but have yet to receive all the money due."

- "A small apartment hotel (8 units) on the ocean and close to beaches. The
main area of Valle Gran Rey is 2 blocks away. The facility is very well
organized but at the same time very relaxed and friendly. Desirée the
manager was very helpful open and welcoming. We have already planned our
next visit."

- "The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped, The quality of the
fittings is first rate. The situation is quite wonderful, only 100metres
or so from Playa del Inglés, and 300 metres from the village centre. The
upstairs apartment with balcony is completely private, and we could
sunbathe all day without seeing a soul. The view over the Atlantic to
Hierro were wonderful, and going to sleep and waking to the sound of the
waves was superb. No noise of any sort apart from waves. The apartments
are cleaned each day, and Desirée was delightful and very helpful. We
hope to come here every January. The supermarkets were perfectly
adequate, and the restaurants varied and good value."
