- What did you like the most?
- "The lady working at the front desk in the morning on Thursday 2/21 and Monday 2/25 was very friendly and helpful. She seems to be the only person there that has a clue or cares at all."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Our room had no mirror in it and when we reported this to both maintenance and the front desk they did not do anything. The girl working had no idea what to do and was completely helpless. The rooms are dirty and there were cobwebs in the closet. The bathrooms have mold in the shower. There are club promoters outside of the hotel at all times harassing guests when they come in asking "who are you here to see?" They followed us in the hotel when we did not respond and finally had to tell them that we were guests and to leave us alone. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone."

- "I know this hotel from 2009. Been there four times and it has great location and affordable prices. It has nice rooms and everything is clean."

- "I think that this hotel needs repairs and to refresh its rooms and public areas. It is still great, but it looks a little bit not well maintained and deterioates every year. I like it and highly respect its personnel so I hope that it will get fresh money and return where it belongs."

- "Not a great value for money, but I guess the area is very expensive (for anywhere in the country). The room quality was similar to a national motel chain. The bed was ok, but again, no better than any motel. And on some levels, it was worse. For example, the tv had 20 working stations, but not one news station (cnn video came through but with no sound). No premium channels (again, not to seem annoying but most motels offer hbo or some premium channel). The carpet was wet in my room. The mini bar was not cold at all. In fact, there was sign on it stating that it wasn't cold, but that's ridiculous. Those small fridges cost ~$100 brand new and they charge $199 a night! The building is also fairly old, so noise from the street came through as if the windows were open. Generally wouldn't be a problem, except that this is on South Beach where people who are useless to the world will literally go out and drink all night every single night of the week. I can sleep through most anything, and so was fine, but if you are a light sleeper at all, I would be concerned you'd have difficulty sleeping here as people were going home when I was awake and walking to my work conference at 7:30 on Monday morning. Let me say that I am not a fussy or stuck-up person. I have lived overseas in Asia, traveled to inhabited continent, and am an Eagle scout and slept in the wilderness for 3 days with literally nothing but the clothes on my back. And I am grateful to simply have a roof over my head and food to eat (any and all food) on any given day. But that doesn't mean I do not value my money. I am writing this review considering that I paid $200 per night."
