- "Having been to the Balaia before, we knew that it would be comfortable and enjoyable, as well as quiet because it was Christmas. The rooms are large enough to accommodate all of our needs, well laid out, well equipped and kept clean. The rear patio opens onto lawns and gardens, and in fact the whole of the resort is a pleasant and well maintained environment. The staff are all lovely people, who work hard to make our stay so enjoyable."

- "I'm struggling to find dislikes, but they would be trivial, because we had a most enjoyable stay."
