- "The location was very good, in a quiet part of Magaluf but only a short walk from the nightlife and shops. The hotel and its pool and gardens were clean and tidy and in good repair.
Meal timings were spread over 2-3 hours so there was never any queuing. Breakfasts were excellent. Evening meals had lots of choice with plenty of fresh salads." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Most of the meats for the evening meal were boiled, whether that was the correct method of cooking or not. It meant that most times the meat was very bland. The TV channel choice is the worst I have ever suffered on holiday. The only English speaking channels were BBC World News and Sky News."

- "Animation was really good. Excursions and tickets can be purchaised directly at reception desk, which is wery convenient. Just a short walk away from Western Park. Fresh fruits availiable at the restaurant during each meal."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Dishes at restaurant were dirty from time to time. Quite poor desserts choise, mostly gelatin. Cheeseburgers at snack bar are obviously made of ham leftovers coming from reastaurant. Staff sometimes very noisy - chatting to each other, few times had to wait for them to finish their conversation. Also expected a bit spacious pool area and pool itself. Few years ago have visited 3 star hotel in Cala Major which was definitely better than this 4."
