- "We liked the view and location."

- "Unprofessional and unpleasant staff. Total lack of a good management. They present themselves as a spa but the facilities were absolutely not up to standard. The spa facilities (especially sauna) were basically unusable due to wrong layout of the entire facility. No real cooling area, no access to the outdoor pool. The spa employees didn't speak English at all. The restaurant menu offer was poor and no way matched the price. We wanted to treat our tongue after the dinner by a long drink in the bar it was the worst drink we have ever tried. The conclusion: it is a typical example of a good facility in beautiful surroundings spoiled by ignorance and lack of professionalism."
