The apartments have one bedroom with 2 beds, dining room with a sofa bed for 2, kitchen, bathroom and terrace (some glazed). These apartments are spread over 4 buildings and is 800 meters from Levante beach in Benidorm. The apartments, with one bedroom and fully equipped, are ideal for families or groups of friends. In the center of Benidorm, just 10 minutes walk, you will find shops, bars and restaurants. Enjoy your vacation at the beach or in the outdoor swimming pool. A 5 km away you will find various golf courses. Deposit and Additional Fees: The total amount of your stay upon arrival at the hotel (including weekly linen change and cleaning) will be paid. In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 150 is also payable on arrival. This will be returned at your check out once the apartment has been checked and the keys have been returned it. The hotel does not accept American Express cards as payment. The key collection: Keys must be collected at the office of Gestatur, at number 18 Calle Cuenca, Edificio Monver VI (Benidorm), open from 9:00 to 20:00. If arriving outside of these hours, please contact the address shown in the window of the office. The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.

- "close to central night life and the beach. Used alot by locals who were friendly and welcoming. generally clean and well maintained."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "apartment building difficult to find and reception facilities poor - had to wonder about to find the office to check in. No bar or kiosk by the pool and no courtesy room so if your flight is in the evening you have nowhere to leave luggage after checking out and nowhere to shower or change unless you pay 57euros to keep the room on."
