El hotel dispone de infinidad de instalaciones: spa con jacuzzis, sauna, ducha escocesa, aceites esenciales y aromáticos. También cuenta con piscina, ubicada en una zona ajardinada con césped y plantas.
El hotel dispone de 40 apartamentos amplios y de diseño. Existen 4 tipos diferentes de decoración: rústico, marinero, colorista y natural. Todos ponen un toque personal creando ambientes relajantes. Este apartotel y spa, de reciente construcción, está situado a sólo 100 m de la playa y a 3 km del centro histórico de Rota, rodeado por bonitos jardines y una piscina exterior.
La Espadaña está formado por casas estructuradas en 4 estilos diferentes, todos llenos de encanto: rústico, marítimo, colorista y natural. Todos están rodeados por bellos jardines y ofrecen acceso a la piscina del complejo, lo que le permitirá relajarse bajo el sol de Andalucía.
En el interior, puede relajarse con una sesión de spa. Puede disfrutar de la sauna y después refrescarse con las duchas de sensaciones aromáticas y los 2 jacuzzis. A principios de mayo, la ciudad de Rota celebra su Fiesta de la Primavera, que tendrá lugar en la sede situada al lado del Apartahotel La Espadaña. Durante estos días, el Apartahotel La Españada no puede garantizar a sus huéspedes la tranquilidad que cabría esperar.

Hoy Rota es una ciudad moderna y cosmopolita, en la que se encuentra tranquilidad y armonía, sólo interrumpido por el rítmico latir de las olas del mar. Rota ofrece además inmejorables playas urbanas , que permiten alternar los baños de sol y mar con las visitas a los monumentos cercanos o las salidas en busca de los tesoros gastronómicos del lugar. Cuenta también con playas salvajes de aguas cristalinas y rodeadas por pinares. No deje de disfrutar de las celebraciones locales, como son las ferias, carnavales, Semana Santa, sin olvidarnos de los acontecimientos de poblaciones cercanas, Carreras de Caballos en la playa, Competición de Motos...

- "apartment was spacious and comfortable. the beds were very firm but my stay there was enjoyable and the staff was excellent."

- "it was a little damp in the room and but that is to be expected in that area of Spain."

- "I liked that the location was a short walk, on a Beautifully tree lined
boardwalk, to the beach and that it was close enough to take a fairly
priced taxi (which are always parked right in front of the hotel just
waiting for you to hop in) into downtown. The hotel had nice linens,
toiletries and shower stalls/bath tubs that are large enough for an
averaged sized American to turn around in comfortably. The only things I
would suggest is for them to provide is a complimentary breakfast and a
couple of complimentary bottles of water in the room like many hotels in
this price range." - Is there anything you didn't like?
- "Since the weather was warming up there were a two large water bugs that came into the room. I got creeped out and asked to change rooms. The staff graciously accommodated us and changed our rooms immediately."
