What did you like the most?: "Guest service reps Natasha & Will were excellent! Loved the coziness of the hotel, and the location was excellent. On site parking was good."

What did you like the most?: "The location to South Beach as well as the shopping Malls is great and
it is far away enough to be quiet. The room was very comfortable."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "We were not aware that we had to reserve a parking, and then they did not have any available and had to park around the corner and pay 20 usd. They were busy with a drill in the tiny reception while we were trying to check in and did not bother to stop it, so could not hear what was being said."
