White Waters Hotel is a new hotel situated in delightful surroundings overlooking the River Dee and yet located only one mile from the town centre. The ethos of this new hotel is to offer the highest quality of luxurious accommodation and service with a restaurant dedicated to fine dining and an environment to provide that ?little extra? that puts it apart from other more standard hotels. It offers 24 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities.The hotel also has a Roman Jacuzzi Spa and steam room.

What did you like the most?: "The location was good for the local town to shop and the river for walking. It was very easy to find n the main route."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "My bed was a bit soft."

What did you like the most?: "The over riding success of this Hotel is the staff! They are absolutely fantastic and can't do enough for you! It is a great place to relax and the restaurant setting is great - very well furnished and has a lovely ambience. I took my Mum over 2 days at New Year ... and 2 weeks later - I am taking my partner for his Birthday for a night in a VIP room which has a balcony overlooking the river. It would be gorgeous in better weather with a very attractive outside area to sit and look at the river. Loved it!"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The room we stayed in was a twin on the first floor and it was really comfortable however as it sits above the 'Roman Spa' - extremely warm - in January with no heating on!! The Hotel is aware of this and they are working on it however if you don't like to be roasting - request a twin on the ground floor! The hotel did offer to move us so you can't ask for more than that!"

What did you like the most?: "Sorry but i rarely give a bad review for a hotel, but this genuienly is one of the worse ones ever we stayed at. No hot water for bath at 7pm (flimsy excuses), whereas the Fiesta hotels in Ibiza and Teneriffe manage piping hot water for a 1000 people at once, room was dirty, needed renovation, the pub part of the hotel was nice with a decent log fire, but sadly the meal that we paid £39.95 each for, leaves a lot to desire - please read on (next section)"
Is there anything you didn't like?: "Part two: for a staggering 39.95 each + room cost, we were promised a buffet and entertainment. We were lead to a circular table with 8 other people on that we did not know, some of us having our back to the entertainemnt (which did not appeal to everyone - jazz style band), it was not a buffet at all, and the drinks (wine / bottles) were totallly overpriced. As we were made to sit with 8 others, we ended up sitiing in the pib part eating crisps, and wish we had never booked the £80 for 2 buffet. Sorry, but we wont ve going back to this hotel to be honest."

What did you like the most?: "The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was super."
Is there anything you didn't like?: "The spa was disappointing. It consisted of a very cool jacuzzi pool. The steam room was out of order. We lasted about 4 minutes. Changing rooms bare with no seating. No lockers.Some public areas cold. Heated towel rail in bathroom not working."
