The 24 apartments in 3 floors are fully equipped to make you feel at home. All of them have air conditioning, television, telephone, ceiling fan , private bathroom, hairdryer and terrace.
Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay. Among its services, you can enjoy the entertainment team of the residential are, of the restaurant menus for every meal, of the pool, terrace, solarium and cleaning service. At the reception desk you can get information about the area and you can rent a car or a safe and exchange currencies.
Located in a privileged place, you can easily access the touristic of Cala Blanca, where you can enjoy the sea and practise water sports. In the surroundings you will find a wide variety of leisure zones including a huge range of restaurants, bars and shops. Ciutadella is located just 6 km away from the accommodation; there you can go over the narrow streets to end at the Cathedral.

Cancellation policy Apartamentos Vista Playa
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time or No Show will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "At this time of year (mid-October) it is very quiet and peaceful, a good
place to relax, although the pool was a bit cold. In many ways it was
ideal, as we had the opportunity to cater for ourselves, with the main
hotel and its facilities just over 100 yards away. Ten minutes to the
beach, which although it is small I'm sure is heaving in the summer, to
judge by the number of bars, restaurants and snack bars nearby. We used
buses to get everywhere, once we had got over the confusion of how the
local buses are timetabled. Traffic in Cala Blanca is one-way, heading
North to Ciutadella. The 64 bus goes straight there, and during the
morning it comes straight back to Cala Blanca, coming in at the bottom
end,where there is a roundabout on the main road (you may need this
later). But later in the day the return bus from Ciutadella becomes the
65, which goes straight down to the next beach, Cala en Bosc, and then
on to Son Xoriguer, before retracing its steps through Cala en Bosc, at
last returning via Cala Blanca. This adds on 25 minutes or more to the
time, and you are well advised to get out at the roundabout near Cala
Blanca, and walk the 7 minutes back to the hotel. We were there right at
the end of the season, and the "supermarkets" were about to close down,
as were the restaurants. It is well supplied, though, but it can be
difficult to buy fresh milk and bread, later in the day. For all other
shops Ciutadella is the answer, just over 10 minutes away by bus."
