- "Beautiful hotel, interiors are a real treat!"
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "If ur friends going on holiday together, it's difficult to her any privacy doing your ablutions because there is a clear glass window that looks out of the bathroom into the bedroom which can't be covered. Makes sharing the room very awkward."

- "everything especially staff who were delightful and helpful. Best hotel I have stayed in Granada and hope to go again"

- "The staff at the hotel was simply wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable especially because we had some hiccups with our reservation. The ambance and location are exceptional."

- "The design of the hotel is geared towards couples. I was traveling with my father and the beds, although twin they were placed like a queen size bed. The hotel had transparent bathroom showers as well and not a lot of privacy for the toilet or shower. If I was traveling with my husband it would be fine but not if traveling with my father."

- "The Hotel has an excellent location in the city center. The decoration of the hotel is really nice with a patio in the center of the hall, a modern version of the Alhambra. Rooms are clean, quiet and nicely decorated."
- Is there anything you didn't like?
- "The rooms are not very practical in the way the shower and the toilet are distributed. You do not have any privacy if you are sharing the room with other person because the shower and the toilet are surrounded by glass. So you feel like if you were taking a shower not in a toilet but inside the room. A little bit strange!"
