- "village sol apartments wasnt available for my first night stay. the apartment they put me and wife in had no external window and well below what i had payed for. if i payed to stay in a hostel i would have been happy, plus would have saved me money which i lost!"

- "No elevator,5 floors wiht luggage,the check in is at 3 pm sharp,(not before)its a regular aparment(no hotel)you can't see any staff if you dont call them(you're on your own)and call luciano(owner)to let him know at what time you arrive(all this information was missing by booking.com"
