Urban Houses Hostal is located in the Old town of San Sebastián, inagurated in 2000, it also offers 3 builfings at few minutos walking between them.
The staff can speak more the than language, cozy bedrooms, a kitchen, other rest places where the traveller can feel at home, a new way to understand the tourism for young people.
Also, it offers activities as surf, trekking, bikes´tours, pintxos..
The old town of the city is full of historical monuments and a large list of bars where taste the typical gastronomy, and at few meters from La Concha beach.
San Sebastián is near other localities as Hernani at 11km, Zarautz at 21km or Irún at 25km.

Cancellation policy Hostal Urban Houses
Reservation may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival of the client. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in a charge of one night's accommodation apart from the initial guarantee deposit. In order to amend a reservation, please contact directly to the hotel which details figure in the voucher. If your amendment reduces the number of nights or rooms the deposit will not be refunded and will not be discounted of the modified reservation fee.

- "Location is excellent, There are 6 laptops available for use for free as well as a printer."

- "Staff work ehtics are appalling. I stayed twice here and each time it took over 25 minutes to be registered into the hostel. There was only ever one staff member actually working on the front desk at any given time, despite the fact that there were always several staff members just hanging around chatting- and taking up precios room in the reception área (of which there is not alot). Staff member doing the checking-in was forever trying to 'multi task', rather than taking control of the situation and delegating roles to staff members, she continued to try to do everything herself, and therefore did nothing well...or efficiently. Hostel guests who broke the rules of the hostel were allowed to stay, despite the fact that they were yelling and screaming at 4am in the morning, attempting to get into other peoples dorm rooms and breaking furniture. This hostel is busy, i don´t understand why they weren't evicted, considering their beds would be easily filled. Dorm rooms were consistenly dirty, I did not witness any vaccuuming of floors-the one time that i did, it was upon request and it was the most cursory of cleans."

- "Rooms weren't finished. They were dirty. Buzzer didn't work so we were stranded outside for a while. The lock on the door didn't work."

- "WIFI is only working in chill out area and they close that at 22:30.... After that there is no place to hang out or get internet."
