"The building itself and its surroundings, sadly spoiled by the chalets
that are wrongly positioned."
Is there anything you didn't like?
"Some staff were good but others disrespectful to guests and to potential customers (people visiting to discuss future wedding plans) One young lady member of staff gestured to another male member of staff (?) that a visitor had a mental health problem - this within sight of guests. Inappropriate and wrong judgements about guests. My room, 4, was pokey and overpriced - the same price as a room with a garden view. Rooms over the kitchen should not be used when weddings are taking place. If thisis pointed out to the staff some gesture of compensation should be made. I could go on. An unhappy visit. I will not recommend."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming on the whole. Excellent food and
service in the evening. Overall positive and relaxing experience."

"Breakfast waiting service not as good as the evening. Checking out staff need training as a mistake caused problems."
