- "The staff (although thin on the ground) were very friendly and helpful, particularly the General Manager, Katie who went out of her way to look after us."

- "To see the General Manager (Katie) forced to...... a) man the front desk b) serve in the bar c) clear tables, d) pour tea/coffee at breakfast (some woman wanted water for Earl Grey tea) The owners need to provide more staff - and give your GM a big bump in pay otherwise some other hotel will poach her"
